I ordered a portrait back in January 2024 and was sent through the image for approval 2 weeks later. The email went to my junk folder so it took me a couple of days to see it. I had rejected the proof as I wanted to change the image and understood that I would have had to pay for it. But to this day, I have never received a response or reply to any of my communications which I have done so via their website, instagram and facebook about 6 times now. I even contacted Consumer Affairs because 3 months later, I have not received a response. I ordered once before with absolutely no issue so I don't know if this business is still running, I wouldn't risk ordering from them in case you never get your product!
